Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy applies to all applications published by Bluemoment Studio on the Google Play Store, including Fox Hunt, NFC Jukebox, Sandbox Camera, and the Invisible World Series.

Data We Collect

None. Our apps operate entirely offline on your device. We do not collect personal information, usage data, analytics, crash reports, device identifiers, location data, or any other information of any kind.

Children’s Privacy

Our apps are designed for use by young children under parental supervision. Because we collect no data whatsoever, there is no personal information of children to protect, share, or delete. Our apps are designed to comply with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), and all applicable children’s privacy laws.

Our apps contain no advertising, no in-app purchases accessible to children, no social features, no links to external websites or services, and no ability to communicate with other users.

Third-Party Services

Our apps do not integrate any third-party SDKs, analytics services, advertising networks, crash reporting tools, or cloud services. No data is transmitted from our apps to any third party.

Crash Reports (Optional)

If our app crashes, you may be prompted to send a crash report via email. This is entirely optional and initiated by you. The report may contain device model, OS version, and app state at the time of the crash. Before sending, the full content is displayed in your email client so you can review, edit, or delete any information you are not comfortable sharing. This information is sent directly to us and is used solely to fix bugs. No data is transmitted automatically.

Permissions

Some of our apps request device permissions to function. These permissions are used solely for the app’s core functionality and never for data collection:

NFC Jukebox: NFC (to read NFC tags), Storage/Media (to access audio files you have placed on the device), Foreground Service (to continue audio playback when the screen is off).

Sandbox Camera: Camera (to take photos), Storage (to save photos to the device).

Invisible World Series: Various sensor permissions (accelerometer, magnetometer, light sensor, etc.) depending on the specific app.

No data obtained through these permissions ever leaves your device.

Data Storage

All app data (settings, NFC tag mappings, photos, etc.) is stored locally on your device. We have no servers, no databases, and no cloud infrastructure. If you uninstall an app, its internal data (settings, NFC tag mappings, preferences) is removed from your device. Files that you created or provided independently of the app — such as audio files or photos stored in shared storage — are not affected by uninstallation, as they belong to you, not to the app.

Data Sharing

We do not share data with any third party because we do not have any data to share.

Cookies and Tracking

Our apps do not use cookies, tracking pixels, fingerprinting, or any other tracking technology.

Changes to This Policy

If we ever change this policy, we will update the “Last updated” date above. Given our commitment to collecting no data, we do not anticipate significant changes. If a future app version were to require any form of data processing, we would update this policy before that version is released and clearly describe the change.
